Johns Hopkins · CS & Cognitive Science

Annyeong! I'm Leyun. I'm a student at Johns Hopkins University studying computer science and cognitive science, with a minor in applied mathematics.

I love building creative, whimsical projects that explore how people think and how machines work. Most days, you'll find me stitching ideas from AI, education, psychology, startups, design, and whatever rabbit hole I've fallen into that week.

When I'm not doing that, I'm probably hanging out with friends, drinking an unreasonable amount of matcha, scrolling through Pinterest and Substack, or listening to a true crime podcast while convincing myself I should be doing something more productive.

Feel free to reach me at my socials linked below.
Thanks for stopping by!

Currently Reading on the nightstand
  • Gödel, Escher, Bach Douglas Hofstadter — strange loops & the mind, for the nth time.
  • The Left Hand of Darkness Ursula K. Le Guin — slow, cold, and quietly enormous.
  • Thinking, Fast and Slow Daniel Kahneman — re-reading the cog-sci canon with new eyes.
  • Pachinko Min Jin Lee — for the parts of me that aren't computer science.
